    Lee County Prosecuting Attorney James D. Moore was arrested earlier this month, charged with driving under the influence and spent the night in the Lee County Jail. Moore, 44, of Saltillo, was booked into the jail by Tupelo Police at 1:03 a.m. on Dec. 3. He was released at 8:30 a.m. after posting a $1,900 bond through M&W Bonding.
