    Officers tell Newswatch 16 a 45-year-old man said two people dressed in black stole his bag on the railroad tracks near East Northampton Street around 9:30 Thursday night. Investigators report a 50-year-old man said four men held him down and took off with his cash, license and welfare card on South River Street just after 10:00 p.m. Officers have not said if the two robberies are connected.
