    Finding that it wasn't given adequate consideration, a state Superior Court panel has revived an appeal by a former Lycoming County teacher who is serving a state prison sentence for sex crimes involving children. The state judges in a ruling this week sent Leon Bodle's appeal back to county court for a hearing on Bodle's claims that his lawyer didn't effectively represent him during his March 2010 trial.
