    The Virginia Department of Transportation will begin reconstruction of the Washington Boulevard bridge and will reduce traffic lanes in Arlington starting Monday. Traffic lanes in both directions of Washington Boulevard over Jefferson Davis Highway will be changed from three lanes to two to provide VDOT crews ample space to replace and widen the 74-year-old bridge.
