    According to police, officers were called out to a disturbance involving a "large group of people" in the parking lot of the convenience store at 22 Plaza Street NE about 2:50 a.m. On the scene, officers found an adult male suffering from an upper leg wound in the back of a car. He was rushed to INOVA Lansdowne Hospital and then transferred by Air Care to the INOVA Fairfax Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
