A federal grand jury indicted Shawn Jaccuzzo, 43, on a charge of conspiracy to possess and distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.

    State police arrested a Houma man on Thursday, accusing him of making threats against Terrebonne Parish District Attorney Joe Waitz Jr. Michael J. Martin, 50, 102 Highland Dr., Houma, made several Facebook posts critical of Waitz, the District Attorney's Office and 32nd Judicial District judges, detectives said. In one post, Martin referenced Waitz's son and posted a life-threatening comment, detectives said.
