Early travelers used a stone outcropping on the bank of the Arkansas River as a landmark.     Arkansas' citizens salary commission should increase the annual salaries for 25 full-time prosecuting attorneys in Arkansas from $123,162 to $152,000 a year so their pay is 95 percent of the compensation for circuit judges, the president of the Arkansas Prosecuting Attorneys Association told the commission Thursday. Last month, the salary commission boosted the annual salaries for the state's circuit judges from $140,372 to $160,000.

They lost four guitars, a bass, and various other equipment and valuables that they'll undoubtedly need to continue their tour - their next show is scheduled for April 25. The band has a GoFundMe campaign set up for fans to help raise money to replace what they need.
