The site has rain gardens, native plants and a solar reflective roof, and connects to bikeways, trails and buses.

    A St. Paul man died of injuries suffered trying to break up a Maplewood bar fight early Wednesday, according to police, who have taken one suspect into custody and are searching for two others. Eduardo Alberto Figueroa, 40, died at his home shortly after leaving Fred's Tiki Hut at 1820 Rice St., where the fight took place just after midnight Wednesday.
