Ten miles northeast of Denver, Colorado, sits the town of Thornton. With 81 city parks, over 2,000 acres of open space, over eighty miles of trails, and substantial golf courses. Nominees Tomee Crespin, of Thornton; Sharon D. Holbrook, of Broomfield, and Donald S. Quick, of Westminster, were selected by the commission on Nov. 21. Under the Colorado Constitution, the governor has 15 days from Nov. 24, to appoint one of the nominees as district court judge for the judicia district that includes Adams and Broomfield counties.
