West Jordan is the fourth most populated city in Utah, occupying the southwest end of the Salt Lake Valley at an elevation of 4,330 feet. The city is one of the fastest growing in the state of Utah and has emerged as being more than just a suburb of Salt Lake City in recent years. Current major construction projects include the completion of Jordan Landing, the expansion of Jordan Valley Hospital and a transit-oriented development in Midvale.
